Tender Sirloin roast slices,served in au jus based sauce.

Light and dark pieces, marinated in a blend of spices, then lightly breaded and oven baked.

Boneless pork, baked with special chef’s seasoning.

Tender cubes of Sirloin beef,
braised, and then baked with mushrooms, Spanish onions.

STUFFED CABBAGE

Turkey breast slices served with an old fashioned turkey gravy.

A special blend of cream sauce blended with ham and parmesan cheese mixed with fettuccini noodles.

Steaks are sauteed in our chef’s own special sauce with Spanish onions, green and red peppers, and tomatoes.

Tender leaves of cabbage, stuffed with a special seasoned mixture of ground chuck and pork and rice.

Mild pork sausage, simmered in a special home made tomato base, with just the right amount of Italian spices, then combined with Rigatoni style pasta

Sauerkraut, sauteed onions and special spices are baked
with fresh or smoked home-made kielbasa.

Cut loin chops, seasoned with basil and garlic,
breaded and baked.

Special blend of meat sauce simmered in a home made tomato base with the right
amount of Italian spices.
